I was born in 1979 and live in Berlin after a long stay in Asia. I am concerned with the unity of mind, psyche and body, the connection of eastern and western philosophy, modern psychotherapy, Brain Research, yoga, mindfulness, creativity, art and healthy, healing nutrition.
Coaching and psychotherapy cannot provide immediate answers here, but they can create a space in which the questions can be asked and explored.
During several years in China, I traveled extensively to meet Buddhist monks and Taoist masters, yogis, shamans, Feng Shui masters, and doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and published a book about these encounters. I also regularly travel to India to get deeper insights into traditional yoga, pranayama and meditation teachings with one of my teachers. These experiences, insights and teachings, as well as my psychotherapy trainings and artistic work, flow into my coaching and psychotherapy sessions.
Creative expression is a way to get out of our own daily limitations. Are we just ourselves, single isolated individuals? Or can we be a part of something bigger? Art and creativity, among other practices, is one way to explore this.
